At home, at the office or at a pickup point, you can choose the delivery that suits you. We are committed to ensuring it is carried out under the best conditions.

For larger orders, delivery is made by our carrier to your home, at the gate or at the foot of the building. 

We deliver throughout metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco. Delivery is also available to certain European countries.

Standard delivery

For non-bulky orders*, delivery will be made to your home via DPD Predict or to a DPD Pickup point within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping is free from €59 purchase only for France, Corsica and Monaco for non-bulky orders. 

*Packages weighing less than 30 kg and/or with a height less than 2 meters and/or containing products with a developed length of less than 3 meters. The developed length of a product is calculated as follows: 2 x height + 2 x width + 1 x length.

Delivery of a bulky order 

To ensure delivery under the best conditions, we have selected a specialized carrier for the delivery of your bulky products. You can easily identify them by the small truck icon on the product page. 

Premium delivery will be made to your home by appointment at the gate or at the foot of the building within 5 to 7 business days. 

The following costs apply for France**:

Shipping is free from €599 purchase only for France, Corsica and Monaco for bulky orders.

Delivery of an order in Europe 

You can also have a non-bulky order* delivered to the following countries, except for certain postal codes. If your postal code is not served, you will be informed before placing your order, which cannot be registered.

Track your order 

At any time, you can track the progress of your order from your customer account on the website. To access it, simply log in with your credentials and go to the "Order History and Details" section. 

The tracking number for your shipment will also be available as soon as your order has been dispatched, regardless of the carrier. You will be informed of the shipment of your order by SMS.
