Shipping & handling

Delivery is free for purchases of €59 or more, excluding bulky products. For any order under €59, shipping costs will be charged. 

For orders over 30 kg and bulky products, delivery will be free for purchases of €1,000 or more. Shipping costs for orders below €1,000 will be charged. Detailed rates are available in our general terms and conditions of sale and on the "Delivery" page.

If your order is not considered bulky, you can choose home delivery or delivery to one of the Mondial Relay® Pick-up Points. 

If your order is bulky or contains large items, a home delivery by a specialized carrier will be made by appointment.

If your order is not considered bulky, we commit to delivering it to you within 3 to 5 business days. 

For orders of bulky products delivered by our specialized carrier, a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days is required. 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has left our warehouses. You can also track the status of your order from the "Order history and details" section in your account.

If a product is missing or if you notice any damage during the delivery of your order, you must report it on the delivery note and inform us within 3 days following the delivery, via our contact form or by registered mail.

If a received product is not compliant or has a defect, we invite you to contact Customer Service as soon as possible via our contact form.

We offer delivery only in metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco) as well as in Belgium for all types of orders. We can also deliver to the following countries, for non-bulky orders only: Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia.

We deliver to metropolitan France, including Corsica. You can check the delivery fee rates on the "Delivery" page.

If you think your order is experiencing a delivery delay, go to your account in the "Order history and details" section to track its status.

If you notice a problem, we invite you to write to us via our contact form so that we can review the delivery of your order.

It is entirely possible to provide a delivery address that is different from the billing address. You can add an address at any time in your account. 

You simply need to choose the desired addresses when placing your order or directly add the address at the time of ordering, in the "Addresses" step, by clicking on "Add a new address".
