Customer account

To help you answer your questions, we have prepared these frequently asked questions for you. If you still need information, you can contact us via our contact form, we will be happy to help you.  

To create your customer account on the site, it's very simple: just click on "Login" at the top right of your screen, then on "Create your account". You will then be asked for an email address, a password, your title, and your first and last name.

Once you have filled in these details, you will need to accept our terms and conditions of sale and our privacy policy by checking the box "I accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy". You can then validate the creation of your account by clicking on "Register". A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

Once your account is created on the site, you can access your information at any time: to do this, go to your account by clicking on "Login" at the top right of the site. Enter your email address and password, then validate by clicking on the "Login" button.

Once logged in, you will have access to all your account information.    

An email address and a password of your choice will be necessary to create your account on the site. You will also be asked for your title as well as your first and last name. 

Your month and year of birth can also be provided, but these fields are optional and are not required to create an account. 

It is necessary to create an account to complete your purchases on our site. This will allow you to access the status of your order and track its shipment. 

You can modify your information at any time directly on the site: once logged into your account, click on "Information" to update the fields you wish to modify. 

If you have forgotten your password, first click on "Login" at the top right of your screen, then on "Forgot password?". You will then need to enter your email address to receive a temporary password.

We invite you to change this temporary password later. 

You can access your order history at any time by logging into your account. Then go to the "Order history and details" section.

You can track your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order history and details" section.

You can then choose the order in question by clicking on its reference number and thus access its tracking information.

If you wish to change your password, simply log in to your account and go to the "Information" section. Enter the new password of your choice in the "New password" field and click on "Save".  

If you wish to delete your account, we invite you to write to us via our contact form, so that we can process your request.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can click directly on "Unsubscribe" from the last newsletter received at your email address.
