Is there a minimum purchase required to place an order?
There is no minimum amount required to place an order on our website. However, shipping fees will be charged for any order below €59 for non-bulky products. For bulky products, shipping is free for purchases of €1,000 or more.

How do I place an order?
Place your order whenever you want from the website. To do this, make your choice among all the products we offer and add them to your cart. Once your selection is complete, go to your cart by clicking on the top right of your screen, then click on "Order".
If you haven't already, log into your account or create one in a few clicks. Once identified, choose your delivery address, then click on "Continue". You will then be asked to select your delivery method before clicking on "Continue". You can then choose your payment method and click on "Pay". Once the payment is made, an order confirmation page will appear on your screen. An email will also be sent to you with a summary of the products purchased.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Once your cart is validated and your order confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it.
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return request for products you do not wish to keep.

What information is needed to place my order?
To finalize your order, you need to create an account on the website. For this, you will be asked for an email address, a password, your title, as well as your first and last name.
To finalize your order, we will also need your complete postal address and a valid phone number to contact you if necessary during delivery.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We commit to shipping your order within 48 hours (business days) following your order. A shipping confirmation email will then be sent to you.

How can I know the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order at any time directly from your account in the "Order history and details" section. You will be able to see if your order is pending preparation, in preparation, or already shipped.
My cart contains small products and bulky items, how do I place an order?
If you wish to order both small products and bulky items, it is entirely possible. Once your order is validated, you will receive two order confirmations: one for the standard order and one for the bulky order.
Your purchases will therefore be sent in two stages since the shipment will be made by two different carriers. The shipping costs for both transport methods will be charged at the time of order. Two parcel tracking numbers will then be sent to you and you can follow the status of your orders at any time on your customer account, in the "Order history and details" section.

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
To use your promotional code, click on "Cart" at the top right of the screen and enter the code in the "Promo code" field before validating by clicking on the coupon icon located on the right in the "Promo code" field or by pressing the "Enter" key on your keyboard. The code is then directly applied to your cart.
